Maximum line $100,000.00. Member must maintain homeowner's insurance at
own expense.
Closing costs do not include appraisal or survey (normally not required)
or any other non-routine costs that may be associated with your line of
credit or loan. Minimum initial draw of 10% of credit line required for
no closing costs. If you close a Home Equity Line or pay off a Home
Equity Loan within 24 months after closing, you may be required to
reimburse the credit union for closing costs.
