Privacy Statement
Confidentiality and Security
We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products and services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information.

The officers, directors, members of committees and employees of this credit union must hold in confidence all transactions of this credit union with its members and all information respecting their personal affairs, except when permitted by state or federal law.

What Members Can Do To Help
CFCU is committed to protecting the privacy of its members. You can assist us by following these simple guidelines.

1. Protect your account numbers, card numbers, PINs (personal identification numbers) and passwords. Never keep your PIN with your debit, credit or ATM card, which can provide free access to your accounts if your cards are lost or stolen.

2. Use caution when disclosing your account numbers, social security numbers, etc. to other persons. If someone calls you, explains that the call is on behalf of the credit union and asks for your account number, you should beware. Official credit union staff already has access to your information and rarely has a need to ask you for it again.

3. Keep your information current. It is important that we have current information on how to reach you. If we detect potentially fraudulent or unauthorized activity or use of any account, we will attempt to contact you immediately. If your address or phone number changes, please let us know.

If you have questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are here to serve you!
