When you register with SMARTMOVE^®, a counselor will explain the SMARTMOVE^® guidelines you must follow to qualify for a cash rebate - up to $30,000 - whenever you buy or sell real estate. You can use SMARTMOVE^® as often as you like and receive a cash rebate for each transaction.  

You will also receive high quality professional real estate assistance from specially trained, experienced agents who will help you with your home search and/or effectively market your current home or investment properties.
