There are many benefits of credit union membership. Become an owner of your financial institution when you open your account.

Discover the benefits of credit union membership.

A credit union is a member-owned financial cooperative, democratically controlled by its members, and operated for the purpose of promoting thrift, providing credit at competitive rates, and providing other financial services to its members.

When you open a credit union account, you become part owner, and have one vote annually to help elect the volunteer Board of Directors. You also can take advantage of all of the benefits that come with credit union membership.

As a not-for-profit financial cooperative, profits are returned to our members in the form of lower loan rates, higher dividend rates and lower or no fees on products and services.

Who We Are

Chesterfield Federal Credit Union was founded in 1963 by employees of Chesterfield County Government and Chesterfield County Public Schools to provide a financial alternative to their employees.
